E-file transcripts are PDF reports that provide a summary of your tax return information for return filing authorisation and signature. TaxLab offers two options to customise these reports to suit your organisation’s branding requirements.
Branded
You can add basic branding to our default theme including some or all of the following:
- Logo
- Disclaimer wording
- Inland Revenue Privacy Statement wording
- Partner signature box
- Branded cover page
- Branded back page
- Font colours
- Font sizes
Customised
Your organisation may use fully customised reports. They will be managed by your admins, and you should contact them first for any changes, as modifications will affect all users on your account. Once changes are made to the underlying Microsoft Word templates, your admins will liaise with our service desk to update them in TaxLab.
You will need to have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Word, including style sheets and custom merge fields, as well as an annual time commitment for maintenance and updates. We take no responsibility for testing or maintaining custom reports.
