Add Customer Support to an entity
If you're speaking to our Customer Support team, you can add Customer Support as a user to your Entity to help with your query. This lets the support agent see what you see, making it easier to assist you.
- From your Home screen, click the name of the entity.
- Click the Users tab.
- Click the Add Customer Support button.
- Once we have helped with your query, you should remove Customer Support as a user.
