On the Home page, in the list of entities, all the entities that you do not have access to will appear in grey font, with the text “No access” in the Income tax and/or Fringe benefit tax columns.
To identify who has access to an entity:
- Click the entity name.
- Click the Users tab.
- Click a user’s name to view their email address.
- Contact the user to request access to the entity.
Alternatively, you can contact your firm’s Administrator to request access to the entity.
