Delete vehicles or drivers

Delete drivers

1. On the Drivers page, click the relevant Quarter tab.
2. Select one of these options:
   • Click the row of the driver you want to delete > click the Delete button.
   • Select the check box of the driver you want to edit > click the Delete button.

To delete multiple drivers in bulk

1. On the Drivers page, click the relevant Quarter tab.
2. Select the check boxes of the drivers you want to delete.
3. Click the Delete button.

Delete vehicles

1. On the Vehicles page, click the relevant Quarter tab.
2. Select one of these options:
3. Click the row of the vehicle you want to delete > click the Delete button.
4. Select the checkbox of the vehicle you want to edit > click the Delete button.

To delete multiple vehicles in bulk

1. On the Vehicles page, click the relevant Quarter tab.
2. Select the checkboxes of the vehicle you want to delete.
3. Click the Delete button.

Vehicles that don't delete

If you have assigned a driver to a vehicle in any FBT periods, you won’t be able to delete that vehicle because deletion will impact FBT calculations in those periods.

• If a vehicle must be deleted, you must first remove or re-assign drivers assigned to that vehicle, then delete the vehicle. This will also impact FBT calculations in the relevant periods - as such we do not recommend deletion of vehicles unless you are correcting FBT calculations.
