For assistance with accounts, billing and subscription enquiries, please contact our Finance team:

Add Customer Support to an entity

If you're speaking to our Customer Support team, you can add Customer Support as a user to your Entity to help with your query. This lets the support agent see what you see, making it easier to assist you.

  1. From your Home screen, select the name of the entity.
  2. Select the Users tab.
  3. Select the Add Customer Support button.
  4. Once we have helped with your query, you should remove Customer Support as a user.
