Add Donation receipts
Click on the relevant donation receipt type to add a new donation receipt – School, Religious and Other.
The system will calculate the donation tax credit and limit the donation tax credit (donation rebate) based on the taxable income of the taxpayer.
If donation receipts are shared with a spouse or partner, enter the name and IRD number as required to complete the IR526 form. Please note that this information is not linked to the other taxpayer’s details in Taxlab currently. Donation receipts need to be added in the other taxpayer’s income tax calculation.
